As longer term business travelers, we really enjoyed the great location of Oaks on Collins. The train station was just a short walk away, and the tram stop was conveniently located nearby. The view of the old Rialto and other beautiful buildings from the trams was a definite highlight. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook and create delicious meals. The staff were also very friendly and professional, making our check-in and check-out process easy and quick. The security measures in place gave us peace of mind during our stay.

We felt at ease during our stay at Oaks on Collins, as the staff were always helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, which made our experience even better.

The hotel is in a prime location close to everything. I loved that it was only a short walk to some fabulous restaurants and that transportation was convenient with the nearby Southern Cross Station for trains or Airbus for easy access to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities. The staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. the discounted price for parking was a great bonus.

I really enjoyed staying here. The location was great, in a very lively area with plenty of good options for food and drink nearby. It was very easy to get to all the major tourist attractions from here, which was a big plus. The room itself was fantastic, with everything I could have needed and more. The bed was so comfortable and I slept really well. It was great to have a separate work station, and the desk by the window was a particular highlight. The facilities were also excellent, with great service and plenty of amenities on offer.

I would definitely recommend this place to other family members. The only minor issue I had was with one staff member at check-in who wasn't particularly friendly.
